Once you have placed an order on our website, We then start to roast your coffee to ensure you receive it as fresh as possible.
Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Orders will be shipped to the delivery address confirmed while placing the order. Any changes to the shipping address will only be accommodated before handing over the package to our delivery partners.

In case your address falls into a location that is not served by our delivery partners, Then our team will contact you and find an alternative solution.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to Deliver Your Product In 4-5 working days for all domestic orders. We deliver orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.

Note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political crisis or any unforeseen circumstances your shipment may get further delayed.
